Advanced Pneumatic Radial Shockwave Therapy

The most effective and superior method of generating radial shockwaves is pneumatic system.

This system produces more radial ie dispersed shock waves that penetrate deeper and also delivers the energy with a much smoother effect to the patient.

Radial shockwave is used to treat conditions like Myofascial Triggers, Muscle Knots, Taut Bands, Calcific Tendons, Tendinitis, Soft Tissue Adhesion, Triggers in Gluteus, Piriformis and other large group of muscles, IT Band Stiffness and many other conditions can be treated in just 1-3 sittings.

Shockwave Therapy is a great machine even for manual therapists as it saves their hands and also a lot of energy and time. This fine and effective way to break adhesions is a much needed device in every clinic.

Pneumatic Radial Shockwave Therapy

Why Pneumatic Shockwaves are the Best for Physiotherapy?

Pneumatic Shockwave Therapy produce Radial shockwaves. They are called Soft Shockwaves and penetrate deep and effectively without focussing energy at a single point. This is the best and most effective technology used in pain management. Patients feel very comfortable during the treatment and pneumatic shockwaves have much wider range of applications.

Other methods of generating shockwaves employ – Electromagnetic. Piezo Electric and Spark Discharge methods. These shockwaves are focussed waves are essential for 'surgical' interventions, but given their destructive nature, they are less appropriate for therapeutic uses. Electromagnetic shockwaves are small table top low cost machines. Eventually they don’t last long and also need frequent maintenance as they heat up. Also the therapeutic efficacy is not comparable to the advanced Pneumatic shockwave machines.

Two Individual Applicators

(No Need to Change Tips During Treatment)

TD20 Applicator - is useful in treating large group of muscles. It produces more dispersed shockwaves and vibratory effects. Very effective on Myofascial triggers and treatment of deep-seated/larger muscle group like gluteus, piriformis, paravertebral and trapezius muscles.

TR15 Applicator - is useful in treating smaller group of muscles. It produces more concen-trated shockwaves hence effective on trigger pain, tendinopathy and epicondylitis.

Two Individual Applications

Interactive User Interface

Shockwave Pro-1000 comes with rich 7 inch colour touch screen interface with pre-loaded list of indicators categorized by regions. The physician can quickly select from the indications list and treat the patient. Manual Mode is also available for advanced users. Users can also save their favourite settings in My Programs.

Interactive User Interface

Guidance Based

A very effective technique of treatment has been devised which gives step by step guidance to the physician with information about the list of muscles to be treated, which applicator to be used, exact area to be treated and the direction in which the applicator should be moved.
